Gwen Trowbridge

Therapy can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to support people through that process. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I earned my undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationships, grief, identity, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and people experiencing pet grief, a loss that can be incredibly painful and is too often minimized.

Outside of the therapy room, I am surrounded by a loving partner of more than 25 years, three lovely children, two dogs, and a cat. I love long walks with my dogs and pretty much anything involving the beach.

My hope is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, feel genuinely supported, and explore what might help life feel a little more manageable and meaningful.
