Upcoming Webinar: Your Thirsty Pet

May 7, 2024 6:30 - 7:30 pm Pacific

We all know that drinking water is critical for our health, and many of us are diligent about getting our 8 glasses a day. But what if your pet just can't seem to quench his thirst? What if he drinks, and drinks, and drinks . . . ?

Excessive drinking, often accompanied by frequent urination, is a symptom of a wide variety of medical issues requiring treatment. It can also be a side-effect of medications, or it can even have psychological causes! Ferreting out the cause of excessive drinking is both complicated and important.

In this webinar, Dr. Merrianne Burtch, DVM, DACVIM, President and Founder of BirchBark, will share with us what some of the causes of excessive pet thirst are, as well as the steps she takes to investigate the reasons your pet might be drinking too much.
