Brianna Carabba, Board Member

Brianna serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at West Coast Community Bank, where she provides strategic leadership focused on people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Outside of work and volunteer service, Brianna enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Their son is currently attending college abroad, and their household includes three beloved rescue pets who keep them busy: Daisy, a 15-year-old Chihuahua; Ollie, a 6-year-old Chug; and Tyson, a 10-year-old Snowshoe Siamese cat. Brianna and her family enjoy traveling, camping, boating, and exploring dog-friendly local gems throughout the Central Coast.
