We hope you'll dress to impress! The event will be hosted indoors with a large outdoor terrace area. Dressy and formal event attire encouraged.

This event is not set up as pet friendly. If you have a special need to bring your pet please contact Rebecca at rebecca@birchbarkfoundation.org for one of very few exceptions.

Your ticket purchase includes two drink tickets. Drink options will include three signature cocktails, wine, and beer. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase.

Come early to enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail with us and peruse the Silent Auction offerings! There will be a photo booth to capture memories and a gorgeous terrace overlooking the California foothills to enjoy before we begin dinner. The evening will include a seated dinner and dessert auction: dessert selections will be available to choose from before dinner begins: bid on one you like to enjoy for your table's dessert after dinner! We'll hear briefly from our founder, Dr. Merrianne Burtch and directly from recipients of our PetAid program before moving to our Live Auction items and Fund A Need. Are you excited to support our program into 2026? We'll have a few fabulous items to bid on during our Live Auction as well as an opportunity to raise a paddle to support our general operating or a specific Program, like our Grief Support.
