Dental Promotion

Thanks to a generous grant, BirchBark is pleased to offer limited-time support for preventative dental care for financially-eligible families.

Support will be offered in the form of $500 vouchers, which can be redeemed at any BirchBark Veterinary Partner during the month of February.

To be eligible, you must meet certain requirements, including:

1. You must be a resident of San Benito, Santa Cruz, or Monterey County.

2. You must be willing to take your pet to one of our Veterinary Partners.

3. Your total household income must be within 300% of the federal poverty guidelines (as shown in chart at the bottom of this page).

4. Your pet must be spayed or neutered, or you must be willing to get your pet spayed or neutered.

5. Treatment provided must be preventative dental care.

6. You must agree to provide a testimonial to BirchBark for a success story after your pet is treated.

Our help-line is open on weekdays from 9 am until 5 pm. You must complete the application in full or your application cannot be processed.

Vouchers are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible applicants. APPLY EARLY!

NOTE: We do not reimburse applicants for funds already paid to the vet, including deposits, at the time of your application.
